The name of the Hotel is completely related with the general features of the area, which is full of commercial
shops with spices and herbs, as it phonetically refers to spices in the Greek language.

Our breakfast which is totally home-made, based on traditional and modern Greek flavours and fresh products, is served at Sebil Coffee & Cocktails Bar, at the ground floor of the Hotel. The elegant and modern place is the most appropriate to enjoy a Cappuccino with cinnamon, orange peel and flavour of bitter chocolate, a signature cocktail or even a special wine from our wine list.
